Maureen MacNabb
President/Owner
Licensed Property Manager in charge of all day-to-day management
functions, including all staff and activities of Capital Property
Management Services, Inc. Responsible to oversee a high level of
full service management offered for all multi family properties and
account development of such properties in the Portland Metropolitan
area.
Trina Bell
Assistant Property Manager
Assists Property Manager in the day-to-day operation of the
investment portfolio. Manages the leasing department and staff,
updates web site as it pertains to apartment availability and
processes prospective tenant applications. Acts as a tenant
relation's coordinator fielding calls from Residents regarding
questions concerning their rental contracts and other areas of the
landlord/tenant relationship.
Carol Boyd
Accounts Manager
Manages all financial activity for each investment property,
including timely rent collection, payments of property related bills
as instructed by the client. Other areas of responsibility include,
management of the accounting team and preparation of monthly
statements to each client.
Kelly Taylor
Assistant Accounts Manager
Assist accounts Manager with the day-to-day accounting
responsibilities. Handles most tenant inquiries regarding the status
of rent payments and other collection matters. Organizes and
compiles utility bill back information and timely invoicing to
residents.
Kevin Schultz
Maintenance Manager
Supervises and schedules all maintenance requests received by
Residents. Manages a team of 4 personnel and overseas all quality
control of work performed by staff. Interfaces with all contractors
on minor and major improvement/ replacement projects at the
respective properties.
Jen Shirmer
Multi-Services Coordinator
Receives and processes tenant maintenance requests. Organizes maintenance work orders from our maintenance department to our accounting department. Also handles all website functioning-related questions/ issues.

Project Coordinator/Vendor Scheduler
Oversees vendor's schedules for all apartment turnover.
Coordinates special projects for the Property Manager.
