It is no secret that we live in the hot bed of a "green" state in more ways than one!  Everywhere we turn it is apparent we are being shown that a green way of living is the wave of the future.  With this in mind, Capital is thinking green too!  We have recently partnered with Q19 Greening to commence "greening" our buildings.  Who and what is Q19?  An eco friendly cleaning company committed to providing a truly green cleaning experience.  No harsh chemicals used to clean our buildings but just truly good old fashioned elbow grease!  Q19 "greeners" are committed to earning living wages and changing the face of the janitorial business.  Additionally, they are committed to making your residence as clean as possible.  Do not hesitate to say hello to Patrick and Todd who are responsible for greeening your environment.

We continue to carry this theme of green to other aspects of our properties too.  We will commence programs to save energy by using cfl bulbs, placing laundry room lights o timers, providing low flow shower heads and toilet fixtures whenever possible.  We are excited about the green living aspect that we can start to incorporate in our management of properties.  We look forward to any ideas that might help us help you live green too!  Please forward your ideas/comments to Maureen MacNabb @ mmac@capmng.com.
